Connect To laptop
If you want to connect your JBL flip 3 to your laptop, you will first have to download the jbl connect app from the internet. When you download the app, you will have to register for a free account. Once you’ve done that, you will have to connect the speaker to your laptop. To do that, you will have to turn on the speaker and connect it to a power source. After that, you will have to navigate to the bluetooth menu on your laptop and search for available devices. Once you find the speaker, click on it and it will be connected.
Setting up a Bluetooth device is not as hard as it seems. First, turn on your laptop and the Bluetooth device you wish to pair with it. Next, click the Bluetooth icon in your task bar. You’ll see a list of devices with the name of the device in front of it. Select the device you want to connect to your laptop. After you’ve done that, search for Bluetooth devices in other nearby devices. If you wish to make the pairing permanent, double check that the device is in discoverable mode. There are various ways that you can do this, one of them is via an auxiliary cable. Another is through Bluetooth. However, it is important that you do not use wireless connections as the quality is not very high. The best approach would be to use an auxiliary cable. Here is how you do it: Plug in the auxiliary cable into your laptop. Make sure that the volume is at a level that you can hear. Turn on your jbl flip 3 and make sure it is in pairing mode. Go to your laptop’s settings and then click on devices. Select the pair of devices. Choose a name for the speaker and click OK. The two devices will be paired together.
Laptop using a 3.5mm audio cable
Most speakers nowadays will have a 3.5mm audio input. This means you’ll need to connect your laptop to your speaker using a 3.5mm audio cable. Here is a convenient diagram on how to connect your speaker to your laptop.

Step 2: Plug audio cable from speaker into your laptop.
Step 3: Turn on your laptop and adjust the volume.
